So its a monday, and I just completed a monday workout at the Gym, i went a few times last week but this week I am actually gonna go every weekday, as opposed to the sporadic 3 times i have been going. I weighted myself in the front of the gym on one of the slider weighers. I clocked myself at 205, I dunno how accurate that is, but prolly right around there. Thats frightening. This is the most I have ever weighted in my life. Frankly I am pretty disgusted with myself for letting it get this far. Starting today I am actually going to care about stripping this fat off, instead of just pretending to do so. I am cutting out all forms of non diet soda, and I am carrying my water jug with me wherever.
I will weigh myself every monday to gauge my progress and I will take pictures of how i look today and I will post them when I get the chance. I guess today, this has turned into a weightloss blog. Lets see if it helps to keep me accountable.
